ULTIMATE TRAINING7

After the 12- 15 week get serious program, your body is becoming a fat burning machine. You are now stronger, fitter and have a boosted metabolism. You are ready to take on most fitness challenges with ease. At this stage, adopt ‘Less is more’ principle. Good technique great results.

  • METABOLIC TYPE

    Effective fat burning and optimizing wellbeing you must establish your metabolic type. Simply eating the right foods for your body type  will dramatically improve your shape and amazing results will follow.

  • PERSONAL ASSESSMENT PROGRAM

    A 40 minute one-on-one session is important to your success as it creates an understanding between trainer and client. Focus your mind  (train b4 you train) and set a program  to restore the body’s strength, cardio and core functional movement.

  • NO-DIET EATING PLAN

    Eat wholesome natural foods helps kick-start your health, the right foods for your body type. Choose natural foods to stay slim and healthy.
